  1. Alexander the Great grew up a fighter, because his father was the king. He got the best education that there was. The king personal trained his son how to fight. I believe it was at age 20 his father was killed and he become a leader.
Alexander the Great was told to be invincible, because no one could kill him. He fought with thought and bravery. He brought peace to many place, because he took the places over. He was the best. He visited Achilles' temple or something like that and took his shield.
When he returned home he had a great feast with all of his men and there wives, but the feast was cut short when Alexander got Malaria (his Achilles heel). He died short after.

  3. Alexander was brought up to be a fighter. His dad raised him to be a fighter. When he turned 21 his dad got stabbed and died. So he promised to fight the Persians because the person who stabbed his dad was from there.

As an adult he lead his people to fight the people of Persia. They made long sticks out of wood with sharps ends and stabbed all the people and won the war. After, the won the war it was time to go but he wanted to leave some people there to spread the good war about him.

He was only 21 when he started fighting. On one of his last war he decided when he was half way to the fighting place to turn around and go home. Later, he died of malaria and the empire he had died because there was no one to take over.

  4. Alexander The Great was born in a war atmosphere. His entire childhood was training to become a great warrior and a smart and strategic leader. Since his father was a leader he learned from his mistakes and experiences on how to lead a group of people. He was also taught by Aristotle on how to think strategically. All his lessons prepared him to rule a kingdom and be a strong leader.
When he became leader he conquered many areas and took control of different states. He built many cities like his own throughout the Macedonian Empire. He also beat the Persians, who were greater in number than his army, using a phalanx strategy of attack.
Alexander The Great, being the King of Macedon, became a legend for his great ruling of one of the biggest empires in ancient history. His death by malaria meant the collapse of the entire empire.

  6. Alexander the Great....
    UM.

I know he started out as Alexander the Bastard because he was a bastard son. He got his name from conquering... Edward? Edeardo? Anyways, king of England said that when he died Alexander would get the throne and not his son. But when he died his on was like: "Well, whatever I'm keeping my throne anyways."
Also Alexander made him swear on two holy relics that he wouldn't try to take the throne before... BUT HE DID ANYWAYS. Alexader hears and he's like "Well, that guy is kind of a dweeb so... LET'S ATTACK."
Meanwhile the "king" is like "Get an army together I don't want to be like my dad." He gets his army together and fights off some other norman invaders before Alexander arrives. Then he fights Alexander and looses. He got shot in the eye with n arrow. Alexander becomes the king of England, introduces a bunch of architecture, and writes the doomsday book(s). That's all I know off the top of my head.

According to the internet he was born in Greece, and... Yeah time's up now.

  7. When alexander was younger he was taught by powerful men. He was trained to fight by some of the top fighters in his time. He rose to lead a army that took over a lot of land and he himself became the richest man of all time.

During his legacy he fought many battles. He and his men marched miles to fight a war. Alexander was very strong and powerful. Egyptians declared him a pharaoh and then he achieved a godly rank in the world. He became the king after his dad was killed. Alexander was only 21 when he took hold to the thrown. Alexander died from malaria and after his death his empire fell apart because no one was able to run it.

Some oh his great conquest was him defeating the persian empire. He and his men used phalanx and they attacked the center of persia and the persian army ran away.

  8. In his child hood his father wanted him to be a fighter. So he could be stronger his father would fight him. Aristotle trained him mentally so he taught him how to be smart on the battle field. This is how he has a great strategy every time he fought.

His father got killed by an assassin so he had to take over the throne. He had to think of the battle plans when he took over places like thebes. In thebes he was out numbered but since he was smart he had a plan he had his men stand a tall wall and shoot arrows and the incoming soilders.

Alexander was becoming a great leader he even became a pharaoh. Pharaoh were seen as decentness from god. He then got stuck in a rain forest and when he came back he wanted to rebuild his empire and he did. Then he died from malaria.

  9. Alexander's father (Phillip II) trained him in fighting because he would need to know how to fight in war. He got the best education from Aristotle, the famous philosopher. He was greatly inspired by Achilles from The Iliad, because Achilles would never give up easily and he fought to the end.

When Alexander was 23 years old, his father was stabbed by a unknown assailant (possibly Persian). After that, he took over the thrown of Macedonia. He promised to invade the Persian Empire for the death of his father. At the Battle of Issus, he defeated the large Persian army by having all his men carry giant spikes and run towards the Persians. After the Battle of Issus, he treated the rest of the Persians with mercy and kindness. He and his men went to Egypt and Alexander was made Pharaoh and Alexandria was created. Alexander left Egypt to take over Persepolis and found that it was much more advanced than Greek empire and tons of gold, took it, and burned the wholecity to the ground. He spread Greek culture throughout the former Persian Empire by building ten cities throughout the empire.

Alexander was going to conquer more cities and more empires, but he became sick with Malaria. He tried to find someone to rule his empire after him, but he couldn't, so his empire crumbled to the ground. But he was not forgotten, because Julius Caesar and Napolean followed Alexander' examples.

  10. Alexander's childhood was hard work since his father the king put him through military training from a young age. He also read a lot about Iliads which became his hero and role model. His father also paid a really smart teacher to teach Alexander strategic plans and counter attacks in battle.

Alexander became a king at a young age after his father's death. From then on he lead many wars gaining land. He traveled for a very long time battling Persians with his noble knights. He traveled to Egypt and back.

After his long travels he got malaria which lead to his death. Then after his kingdom crumbled as there was not anyone that was stronger or wittier than him to lead his country ahead. Kingdoms started getting revenge and then came to an end his succession

  11. -Include a paragraph about each of the following Alexander's childhood/upbringing, his campaigning/conquests, and his legacy/death.

When Alexander was growing up, his dad was a king. His dad wanted him to be strong so he taught him how to be king. Then his father was killed and Alexander was announced king at the age of 21.

Alexander blamed the Persians for his father's death so he wanted to invade Persia. To invade them, his army used a formation where they all had long spears pointed at the Persians and they charged at them. This is what helped them invade Persia. When he was in Egypt, the Egyptians thought he was descended from the gods so they made him their pharaoh.

Alexander died from malaria. After he died, his empire crumbled. He is now known as Alexander the Great.

  14. He was a prince when he was born his father was a powerful king. He was wealthy and had a good family. His success started young. Aristotle came to help him become one of the greatest thinkers. This was very helpful to Alexander's childhood. This made him stronger and better.

When he was only 21 years old his father died , he was killed with a dagger to his rib. So Alexander had to take over for his father. He wanted to take down the Persian Empire because he felt they were the reason for his fathers death. When he defeated them he took the kings family in and did not kill them but he also burned down there capital city. He also took over Egypt. He was slowly but surely taking over every where.

He did not die in battle or from all the wars but from malaria. Before he died he told them to have the strongest to take over once he was gone. After he died his empire fell apart because no one was strong enough to take over and rule like he did. He is known as one of the most smartest and strongest kings he was also very smart and his story will live on.

  15. During Alexander the Great childhood his father help train him. Also, he was sent to a to a military where he got trained there. Another thing about his childhood is that he brought apostle there, and he was used for teaching him. Years later Alexander lost his father when he was only the age of 21. He was so messed up that he wanted to conquer everything and every piece of land that he thought belonged to him. Once he started, he couldn't stop. He conquered land here and there, their was nothing that could stop him. By then, everyone knew his name, and was very proud to say it. After all he was a hero. But later on Alexander had got a disease that caused him to die. No one was as powerful as him, and they couldn't continue on with what he left.
